The TAPE TRANSCRIPTION CENTER has the ability to directly transcribe digital media files. In other words, we can transcribe directly from your MP3 and .wav files (and many more). Our digital transcription environment eliminates the need for our transcriptionists to wait for an analog tape to fast-forward or rewind. This results in more efficient and accurate transcripts.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

We provide access to our FTP server for clients who wish to send us digital media files for transcription. We provide you with a link, username, and password, which allows you to easy transfer large media files to us 24/7, 365 days a year.

If your digitally recorded content requires is sensitive in nature, we offer private FTP accounts for a small additional charge.

Digital Transcription Workflow

By combining the advantages of Digital Transcription and FTP, we offer a streamlined approach to the process of transcription.
