Our Staff

We offer the largest directly supervised staff of experienced academic and professional transcriptionists in New England. Our transcription team is highly skilled (we require a minimum typing speed of 75 wpm), educated, and from very diverse cultural backgrounds and professional experiences. This diversity allows us to use people who are familiar with the vocabulary and terminology in your field or industry to work on your project.

Incredible Turnaround Time

With ADVANCE NOTICE we can complete a tape project of almost any length within 48 hours! We are able to schedule over 1000 transcription hours per week. Our office operates days, nights, weekends and holidays (24 hours a day when necessary) at no extra cost to you.

Our transcriptionists are not afflicted with typing pool syndrome -- low productivity brought on by long-term repetitive tasks -- and they are not interrupted by phone calls or other usual office chores. Support for Audio/Video Formats

We are one of the few transcription services who can provide conversion of a wide range of commonly used analog tape and digital media formats for the purpose of transcription. We accept everything from MiniDV videocassettes to reel-to-reel audio tape. All conversion work is completed in-house so your original material never leaves our facility.

Delivery & Software Options
